2025-2026 EXECUTIVE BOARD
The PTA is looking for members to fill the following positions:
President - The president presides at the meeting of the general membership and of the executive board. S/he performs such duties as are customarily incumbent upon this office.
Vice President - The Vice President, in the absence of the president, performs all the duties of the president as well as dividing the following responsibilities. Vice President will help by also serving on one of the committees as a support and liaison.
Recording Secretary - The recording secretary keeps the minutes of the general executive board meetings and discharges other duties as may be incumbent upon this office.
Corresponding Secretary- The corresponding secretary sends out all notices of all meetings and conducts correspondence of the Association.
Licenses/Parent Representatives - This person is responsible for obtaining licenses for any fundraising events which may require them. This position also coordinates the Fall and Spring Clothing Drive.
Publicity Committee Chairperson - Shall receive reports of activities from various committees shall attend press notices and parish announcements.
Social Committee Chairperson - Coordinates PTA community events such as the Fall and Spring socials.
