After continued conversations with local and state officials and under the direction of the Diocese of Trenton's Department of Catholic Education, St. Rose High School will be extending their school closure to April 17, 2020.
Extracurricular activities, athletics, class trips and community gatherings up until this time will be cancelled or postponed until further notice.
We will continue to observe our Easter Break schedule as planned from the end of classes on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 until Friday, April 17, 2020.
St. Rose High School's Virtual Learning Plan begins tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17, 2020 with Day A. We also produced a new video for students & parents on what to expect tomorrow and how to best prepare. we have decided to close the school to essential personnel only, including administration and support staff that will make themselves available to assist you via phone/email/chat. Visitors and contractors will be limited by appointment only.
Beginning on Monday, March 16, 2020 and extending to Friday, March 27, 2020, students should no longer report to school as we will activate our virtual learning plan and continue instruction at home for all students.
The health and safety of all of our students continues to be our first priority in the wake of the evolving situation around the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the New Jersey area, specifically in Ocean and Monmouth Counties. We encourage everyone in our school communities to listen to facts and not respond to fear.
