Bryce LeMoult

It is with great honor and gratitude that I, Bryce LeMoult, announce my designation as one of the Salutatorians of the Class of 2024 at St. Rose High School. This recognition is a testament to the dedication and perseverance I have demonstrated throughout my four years at St. Rose.

Personally, being named Salutatorian represents the culmination of my efforts and dedication to academic excellence. It signifies the realization of my goals and the acknowledgment of the hard work I have invested in my education.

One of the significant milestones of my academic journey was receiving the Rensselaer Medal at the end of my junior year, even without applying for it. This achievement reaffirmed that my commitment to excellence was yielding tangible results.

Throughout high school, I encountered challenges, particularly in English and history classes, where the answers weren't always readily apparent. However, I overcame these obstacles by adapting to the unique demands of these subjects, thereby honing my critical thinking skills.

My involvement in extracurricular activities, such as serving as the captain of the Varsity swim team and being a member of the National Honor Society, has complemented my academic pursuits, allowing me to develop leadership skills and foster meaningful connections within the school community.

Beyond the school walls, I am committed to giving back to my community through volunteer work as a swim coach for the Avon swim team and as a beach lifeguard for Ocean Grove during the summer months.

Looking ahead, I am excited to embark on the next chapter of my academic journey at the University of Michigan, where I plan to major in Biology on the Pre-Med track. While my specific career path is yet to be determined, my passion for science and medicine will guide my future endeavors.

To my fellow students striving for academic excellence, I encourage you to seek support and guidance when faced with challenges. Utilize the resources available to you and never hesitate to ask for help—it can make all the difference on your path to success.

I am deeply grateful for this honor and extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who has supported me along the way.
