We are counting down to the first day of school while announcing the Top 10 ways St. Rose High School is re-opening safely for in-person learning.
#1 - HVAC Enhancements to Produce a Healthy Environment
The air we breathe can contribute to our health. There is growing evidence that this virus can remain airborne for longer times and further distances than originally thought. That's why we decided to make an investment in our ventilation system by upgrading our filters and adding air-purifying devices in our HVAC system. When air passes over the iWave, ions produced by the device reduce pathogens, allergens, particles, smoke, and odors in the air, creating a healthy environment without producing any harmful byproducts. The iWave has been proven through independent lab testing to significantly reduce a wide variety of pathogens in the breathing zone and on hard non-porous surfaces. We are confident that the installation of air purifiers will be a significant step forward toward the health of the St. Rose High School community.

Thank you for watching our Top 10 Countdown and for all the positive feedback regarding our efforts to ensure your children return to a safe school. We are pleased to be one of the very few schools providing as much in-person instruction and are confident that with all the layers of protection in place combined with diligence from our students and faculty that it's going to be a terrific year.
