Virtual Learning - What to Expect

Dear Parents & Students:

St. Rose High School's Virtual Learning Plan begins tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17, 2020 with Day A.

Our entire faculty participated in a professional development day to finalize their preparations to continue learning online. We also produced a new video for students & parents on what to expect tomorrow and how to best prepare.  Please click here to watch the video.

Over the weekend, the entire campus was sanitized from top to bottom.  All surfaces including desks, walls, lockers, door handles, tables, water fountains and bathrooms, were completely disinfected using electrostatic spray.  Electrostatic spray is electrically charged, allowing the appropriate sanitizers, mold preventatives and disinfectants to wrap around and evenly coat all types of surfaces for a more complete clean.  The facilities department has developed a cleaning protocol and schedule that will be followed during the school closure.

Therefore, we have decided to close the school to essential personnel only, including administration and support staff that will make themselves available to assist you via phone/email/chat.  Visitors and contractors will be limited by appointment only.

Please reach out to us if you learn that anyone in your family has come in contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19.  We will continue to post updates on our website at http://www.srhsnj.com/health.  Thank you for your continued cooperation and patience as we navigate these un-chartered waters.  May God Bless and keep you and your family safe and healthy.

God bless,

Mr. John Tonero

Principal
