The following are protocols that we follow at St. Rose High School based on recommendations from the Monmouth County Board of Health:
If an individual comes in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, that individual must quarantine at home for 14 days from the last date of contact.
If an individual tests positive for COVID-19, that individual must remain in isolation for a period of 10 days from the first day of symptoms. If there were no symptoms, the 10-day isolation would begin from the day they tested positive At the end of the isolation period, the individual must be fever-free for 24 hours, and other symptoms must have improved without medication, prior to returning to school or work.
If an individual travels to an area outside of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Delaware that individual must quarantine at home for a period of 14 days from the date of return.
Please strictly adhere to these recommendations and remain healthy and safe.
We will continue to update the school community as we are made aware of new guidelines from the CDC and Monmouth County Health Department. Thank you for your continued vigilance and cooperation.
