The Last Day for the Class of 2020

Good Morning Students and Staff,

Today is the last day of class for our seniors and kudos to Emma Krebbs.  Emma sent an email to me yesterday morning and requested an Anchor Day for today so that she and her fellow seniors could spend their last day of class with all of their teachers.  Thank you, Emma.

Volumes could be written about t the Class of 2020.  From their spiritual experiences, academic and athletic accomplishments, performances on stage and their community involvement would only be the beginning.

Even on the eve of their last day of class, they continued to shine.  "Something Spicey" a group of seniors orchestrated this year's "St. Rose Got Talent" and proudly continued the legacy of last year's "T Squared".  They inspired a cast of mostly seniors to perform from home so that the show could go on.  With a supporting cast of talented underclassmen, hundreds of viewers were in awe of their outstanding performances.

The essence of what happened yesterday is the culmination of our students' desire to assist those in our community who need a helping hand.  As of late yesterday afternoon, almost $2,000.00 had been donated to the Monmouth County Mental Health Association  Yesterday was just another example of the continuing legacy of the Class of 2020.

Let's pray for our seniors:

Come, Holy Spirit.

Help me find my way to my loving Father through his Son.
Share with me a sign of my calling.
Give me good ears to listen to your voice.
Give me the strength to follow your lead.

God Bless and Enjoy a Wonderful Day,

Mr. Tonero
