Tuition Payment Plan
Tuition Payment options for the 2024-2025 academic year are as follows:

Single Payment of $15,120- due in July 2024

Bi-Annual Payment Plan- First payment due July and the second payment due on or before November

There is no longer a finance charge associated with any of our family friendly payment plans.
A registration fee of $675 per student will be applied to your FACTS account and a separate auto-pay will be initiated on March 1, 2024.
New families must complete a Facts account by 2/1/2024.
This Tuition does not include the Advanced Placement Course Fees of $118.00/course, and PTA Fee of $50.00 per family. These fees will be billed separately to your FACTS account in July. The payment will be withdrawn from your FACTS in August. No Refunds will be issued for PTA Fees and Advanced Placement Course Fees.
St. Rose High School offers limited Financial Aid Grants for students who demonstrate financial need. St. Rose High School has employed the services of FACTS.
What's Next?
Upon application to St. Rose High School, regardless of whether or not you are accepted, families must create a FACTS account.
Login to your SchoolAdmin Admissions Portal here and click the button in the checklist to go to FACTS.
Even if you had a FACTS account at another school you still must create one associated to St. Rose HS.
Upon acceptance you will receive an email to begin completing the checklist for Enrollment.
The first three items secure your spot:
- Execution of the continuous enrollment contract
- Choosing your payment plan
- Confirm details and turn on auto-pay

A commitment fee of $675 (non-refundable) is due upon registration for all new students. The registration payment can be made on our Enrollment Portal here.
All new families must enroll with FACTS Management to complete the registration process. Families with incoming freshman and upperclassmen siblings, please contact the Finance Office at tuition@srhsnj.com so we can assist in incorporating the students to one FACTS account.
All upperclassmen will be automatically re-enrolled with FACTS Management. You will receive an email from FACTS confirming the active agreement for the 2024-2025 school year.
Tuition Assistance Grant
Tuition Assistance Grant
FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for St. Rose High School for the 2024-2025 school year. Families of students applying for financial grants will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by February 1, 2024.
Applicants can apply online by clicking on the following FACTS link, https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:
- Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
- Copies of your most recent W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
- Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
- All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.
Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

The Sisters of St. Joseph Scholarship
The Sisters of St. Joseph Scholarship
This scholarship was established to honor Sr. Joan Amelia and all other Sisters of St. Joseph. It’s goal is to give tuition assistance to deserving students who wish to attend St. Rose High School. It will be awarded to a incoming freshman for his/her four years at St. Rose, and a new recipient will be chosen each year.
The Jane Murphy Cella Award
The Jane Murphy Cella Award will be awarded to a rising senior who has consistently displayed a generosity of spirit, and who has been a role model of kindness and optimism throughout their three years at St. Rose High School.
Recipients will be chosen by members of the St. Rose administration, and fund contributors will be kept informed about those recipients by the Advancement Office.
The award will be $500.00 given annually.
The Jane Murphy Cella Award was initiated after the sudden and untimely passing of Jane Murphy Cella 1974. In response to her passing, members of the Class of 1974 have raised the money to fund this scholarship.
The Timothy D. Hauser Award
The Timothy D. Hauser Award will be awarded to a rising sophomore who has consistently displayed good character and who has a special talent and interest in music.
Recipients will be chosen by members of the St. Rose administration, and fund contributors will be kept informed about those recipients by the Advancement Office.
The award will be $500.00 given annually.
The Timothy D. Hauser Award was initiated after the untimely passing of Timothy D. Hauser ‘59. In response to his passing, and to continue his legacy, members of the Class of 1959 have raised the money to fund this scholarship.
The Latin Scholarship
Fontbonne Scholarship
$1,000 annual award for students who meet the high academic standards and are invited by the Admissions Committee to the Advanced Placement World History course and the Project Lead the Way program freshman year.
Scholarship is contingent on the student registering for, and remaining in, both the AP and Project Lead the Way programs each year.
An invitation for this scholarship will be included in the admissions acceptance packet.
Fournier Scholarship
$500 annual award for students who meet the high academic standards and are invited by the Admissions Committee to the Advanced Placement World History course OR Project Lead the Way program freshman year.
Scholarship is contingent on the student registering for, and remaining in, either the AP or Project Lead the Way program each year.
An invitation for this scholarship will be included in the admissions acceptance packet.
Heine Scholarship
The Heine Family Scholarship will award $1,000.00 in tuition assistance every year to an incoming student who shows demonstrated financial need, and who has completed the financial aid process. This assistance will continue each year the student is enrolled at St. Rose High School. Recipients will be academically qualified students with good character and who maintain good academic standing while students at St. Rose.
The Jimmy Murphy Scholarship
The Jimmy Murphy Scholarship for an incoming St. Rose High School student was established in 2017 by the family of Jimmy Murphy ’84 who perished on September 11, 2001.
To honor his memory, a $1,000 tuition grant will be awarded to a St. Catharine Grammar School graduate who has enrolled at St. Rose High School. This grant will continue for each of the four years he/she is a student at St. Rose High School.
The selected student is required to demonstrate financial need and exemplify a Catholic spirit. The student must be in good academic standing, and show an interest in extracurricular activities.
This scholarship will be awarded to a new student every four years.
Jean M. Bogan Family Scholarship
This scholarship, established by the family of Jean M. Bogan, honors her legacy through a $1,000 scholarship grant given to an incoming St. Rose student who demonstrates good character, family loyalty and honor, Catholic values, and who is actively involved in school activities such as athletics and extracurriculars, and who plans to continue that involvement throughout high school. This scholarship will follow the recipient throughout his/her four years at St. Rose.
The James and Helen Garrett Scholarship
This $2,000 scholarship will be awarded to an incoming freshman for his/her four years at St. Rose. The student should demonstrate financial need and maintain a 3.0 GPA as a student at St. Rose. The student should most importantly demonstrate an interest and knowledge of their Irish Heritage. An application process is required. A new recipient will be chosen every four years.
The Lisa Gaffney Memorial Fund
Established in loving memory of Lisa Gaffney ’88 to honor and celebrate her life after her sudden and untimely passing, this fund has helped students in need of tuition assistance for thirty years.
Tuition grants in the will be awarded to an incoming freshmen and will continue throughout those students’ four years at St. Rose.
