Transfer students can apply throughout the year. The current school's academic schedule may affect the transfer process.

No transfers will be accepted after January 22, 2021 for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Applicants for the 2021-2022 academic year should apply after the 2nd marking period grades have been submitted.

A list of courses will be included with the acceptance packet.

Full schedules are completed in late July. Families will receive log-on information for the online Schoology and Powerschool portal to view the schedule.

Uniforms should be ordered by July 15. A full assortment of uniform and accessories are available on our school's store on Flynn O'Hara website. 

Every student is given the opportunity to learn about clubs and sign up in the few weeks of the academic year. Student may also join clubs throughout the school year.

Transfers are not eligible to try out or participate in athletics until they have registered as a student at St. Rose High School.

St. Rose complies with all NJSIAA transfer rules.

B6T bus forms must be filled out by every student whether or not they plan to use the bus. St. Rose will send the forms to each respective district. The district will reach out to families directly with busing information. Districts traditionally send bus passes and information in August.

Books are purchased, borrowed or uploaded on the iPad. When the schedule is completed, information will be available about which books will need to be purchased.

When the schedules are released the teacher’s web spaces will be activated. Teachers will post a supply list to their web space. Supplied and books must be purchased before the first day of classes.
