For students who are already registered for the test:

Here are a few important reminders to ensure the morning goes smoothly for everyone:

Please drop off your child in front of our main entrance on 7th Avenue by 7:45am.

Staff will be there to welcome students and help direct them to the correct testing location.

The test will begin promptly at 8am and in the past has lasted approximately three hours. Therefore, we recommend that parents plan to pick up on 7th Avenue at approximately 11:15am. For security purposes we kindly ask parents to drop off and pick up students outside and not enter the building unless directed by a member of our team.

Students should bring two #2 pencils.  Calculators are not permitted; however, scrap paper will be given out before the test.  Restroom facilities will be available however, it is highly encouraged for students to use the bathroom prior to the start of the test.

We hope this information was helpful.  If you have any questions or need special arrangements please feel free to contact me through email or phone.  Thank you for choosing St. Rose High School for your 8th grader to take the High School Placement Test for admission into our school.

Yours truly,
