Tuition Payment Plan

Tuition Payment options for the 2017-2018 academic year are as follows:

  • Single Payment of $12,000- on or before July 5, 2017- FACTS fee of $0.00
  • Two Payment Plan of $6,050- First payment due on or before July 5, 2017 and the second payment due on or before November 5, 2017- FACTS fee of $10.00
  • 4 Month Payment Plan of $3.037.50– FACTS fee of $43.00. Payments are due on or before:
    • July 5, 2017
    • October 5, 2017
    • January 5, 2018
    • March 5, 2018
  • Monthly Payment Plan of $1,220/month – Ten payments beginning in July, 2017 thru April, 2018- FACTS fee of $43.00

Registration will not be complete until a FACTS account has been set up for the student. Enrollment with FACTS can be completed safely and securely online here.

In July St. Rose will post additional school and course fees for all families to the FACTS account. The billing will come directly from FACTS for additional fees and will be posted to accounts for review July 17, 2017, as the schools billing agents, and will be deducted from your account on August 17, 2017. You will receive an email from FACTS as notification that the fees have been added. St. Rose will also send an instant alert letting you know of the billing. No invoices will be sent unless requested. Upon remittance of these fees, students and parents may view schedule online through the parent portal.

St. Rose High School offers limited Financial Aid Grants for students who demonstrate financial need. St. Rose High School has employed the services of FACTS.

  • Applications should be completed and submitted online or mailed directly to FACTS.
  • Applications should not be returned to St. Rose High School.

Registration Fees

A commitment fee of $675 (non-refundable) is due upon registration for all new students. Current students are required to pay a $500 (non-refundable) re-enrollment fee, due March 2, 2018.

All new families must enroll with FACTS Management to complete the registration process. Families with incoming freshman and upperclassmen siblings, please contact the Finance Office at ext. 307 so we can assist in incorporating the students to one FACTS account.

All upperclassmen will be automatically re-enrolled with FACTS Management. You will receive an email from FACTS in April confirming the active agreement for the 2018-2019 school year.

Tuition Assistance Grant

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will be conducting the financial need analysis for St. Rose High School for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. Families of students of the Class of 2022 applying for financial grants will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment No Later than December 1, 2017. Applicants can apply online by clicking on the following FACTS link, https://online.factsmgt.com/aid. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.

Copies of your most recent W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.

Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.

Documentation can also be faxed to 866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

Scholarships and Awards

The Alexander Aimette Award

The Alexander Aimette Award is an academic award given to one student in each grade for highest GPA, and to one student in each grade for the most improved GPA. Each winner would receive a medal and some form of tuition assistance to be decided by St. Rose administration.

The Jane Murphy Cella Award

The Jane Murphy Cella Award will be awarded to a rising senior who has consistently displayed a generosity of spirit, and who has been a role model of kindness and optimism throughout their three years at St. Rose High School.

Recipients will be chosen by members of the St. Rose administration, and fund contributors will be kept informed about those recipients by the Advancement Office.

The award will be $500.00 given annually.

The Jane Murphy Cella Award was initiated after the sudden and untimely passing of Jane Murphy Cella 1974. In response to her passing, members of the Class of 1974 have raised the money to fund this scholarship.

The Timothy D. Hauser Award

The Timothy D. Hauser Award will be awarded to a rising sophomore who has consistently displayed good character and who has a special talent and interest in music.

Recipients will be chosen by members of the St. Rose administration, and fund contributors will be kept informed about those recipients by the Advancement Office.

The award will be $500.00 given annually.

The Timothy D. Hauser Award was initiated after the untimely passing of Timothy D. Hauser ‘59. In response to his passing, and to continue his legacy, members of the Class of 1959 have raised the money to fund this scholarship.

The Latin Scholarship

The Latin Scholarship is a one year $500 grant given to a St. Rose student who is enrolled in Latin 4 and who is taking at least one Advanced Placement Course.

Fontbonne Scholarship

$1,000 annual award for students who meet the high academic standards and are invited by the Admissions Committee to the Advances Placement World History course and the Project Lead the Way program freshman year.

Scholarship is contingent on the student registering for, and remaining in, both the AP and Project Lead the Way programs each year.

An invitation for this scholarship will be included in the admissions acceptance packet.

Fournier Scholarship

$500 annual award for students who meet the high academic standards and are invited by the Admissions Committee to the Advances Placement World History course OR Project Lead the Way program freshman year.

Scholarship is contingent on the student registering for, and remaining in, either the AP or Project Lead the Way programs each year.

An invitation for this scholarship will be included in the admissions acceptance packet.

Donnelly Family Foundation Scholarship

This year, the Donnelly Family Foundation is sponsoring a scholarship in the amount of $40,000, $10,000 per annum, toward tuition at St. Rose High School, Belmar, NJ.

We are offering this scholarship based upon the following criteria:

Heine Scholarship

The Heine Family Scholarship will award $1,000.00 in tuition assistance every year to an incoming student who shows demonstrated financial need, and who has completed the financial aid process. This assistance will continue each year the student is enrolled at St. Rose High School. Recipients will be academically qualified students with good character and who maintain good academic standing while students at St. Rose.
