Application Process

Fill out an application for admissions

All students must fill out an application. To apply online please click HERE. To download a paper application please click HERE. All applications must be sent to St. Rose High School Admissions or emailed to mbedford@strose.k12.nj.us.


Take the High School Placement Test

The test will take place on November 4, 2017. Students should arrive to St. Rose High School and report to the cafeteria by 7:45 a.m. The cost of the test is $50.00 this covers both the test and the application. SRHS does provide for extended time testing. If a student requires extended time testing, appropriate documentation must be provided before the administration of the test — no later that two days before the test date. Appropriate documentation includes the following: a report/letter from a licensed physician, psychologist, or counselor stating a specific need for extended time testing or an ISP from the public school system. No documentation will be accepted the day of the test. The use of calculators is prohibited for any student taking the test. All students who take the HSPT will be asked to list their high school choices in order of preference. To sign up for the High School Placement Test, please fill out the online form below.

Submit a $50.00 non-refundable application fee

This fee is attached to the HSPT and is part of the application process. The $50 covers both the application and the HSPT

Send transcripts

Students should submit the Records Release Form to their current school. Do not send this form directly to St. Rose. All standardized testing should also be forwarded. The student's current school will send all records to St. Rose, along with the Records Release Form, as long as the student has indicated SRHS as one of their high school choices.
